Nordipack supplies custom packaging products, including but not limited to:

Paper cups;
Food boxes;
Paper bags;
Bowls;
Food wrapping paper;
Custom printed packaging;
Other packaging products.

Minor variations in colour, finish, size, and material may occur.

4. Orders

Orders may be placed through our website or by direct communication.

An order is considered accepted only after confirmation by Nordipack.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Custom Printed Products

Most Nordipack products are manufactured according to customer specifications.

The customer is responsible for:

Providing accurate artwork and information;
Reviewing and approving design proofs;
Ensuring they own or have permission to use submitted logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property.

Once artwork has been approved, Nordipack cannot be held responsible for customer-approved errors.

6. Colours and Production Tolerances

Printed colours displayed on screens may differ from the final printed product.

Minor variations in:

Colour;
Material;
Dimensions;
Printing position;
Production quantities;

are considered normal manufacturing tolerances and shall not constitute defects.

7. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added where required.

Custom quotations remain valid only for the period specified in the quotation.

8. Payment

Payment terms will be specified during the ordering process or in individual quotations.

Nordipack reserves the right to suspend production until payment obligations have been fulfilled.

9. Production and Delivery

Production times are estimates only.

Production normally begins after:

Payment confirmation, where applicable;
Final artwork approval.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and logistics providers.

Nordipack is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Shipping

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the specified address.

Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments upon arrival and report any visible damage promptly.

11. Returns and Complaints

Due to the custom nature of our products, custom-made and personalised items cannot normally be returned or exchanged.

Customers should inspect products upon receipt and notify Nordipack of any manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries within a reasonable period after delivery.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and images, remains the property of Nordipack or its licensors.
