Returns & Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This Returns & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which Nordipack, MB (“Nordipack”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) accepts returns, replacements, and refunds for products purchased through our website.
By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
2. Custom-Made Products
The majority of Nordipack products are manufactured according to individual customer specifications, including custom printing, branding, sizes, and other personalised features.
Due to the customised nature of these products, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged once production has begun or the order has been completed.
3. Order Approval
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving:
- Artwork;
- Product specifications;
- Quantities;
- Sizes;
- Colours;
- Delivery information.
Once final approval has been provided, Nordipack cannot accept responsibility for customer-approved errors.
4. Manufacturing Tolerances
Minor variations in:
- Colour;
- Print placement;
- Dimensions;
- Material appearance;
- Production quantities;
are normal within the packaging industry and shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If products are delivered damaged or do not correspond to the confirmed order, customers should contact Nordipack as soon as reasonably possible.
To help us investigate the issue, customers may be asked to provide:
- Order details;
- Photographs of the products;
- Photographs of the packaging;
- A description of the issue.
Nordipack will review each claim individually and determine an appropriate solution.
6. Refunds and Replacements
Where a claim is confirmed to be the result of a manufacturing defect or an error by Nordipack, we may, at our discretion:
- Replace the affected products;
- Offer a partial refund;
- Offer a full refund;
- Provide another mutually agreed solution.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances of each case.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will generally not be accepted for:
- Custom-made products;
- Customer-approved artwork errors;
- Minor manufacturing tolerances;
- Incorrect information supplied by the customer;
- Changes of mind after production has started.
8. Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to any costs already incurred.
Once production has commenced, cancellation may not be possible due to the customised nature of the products.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nordipack’s liability for any accepted claim shall not exceed the value of the affected order, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
10. Changes to This Policy
Nordipack may update this Returns & Refund Policy from time to time.
